The Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation is a general and autonomous Foundation dedicated to works of welfare, charity and beneficence both inside and outside the country.

 The Foundation has its own independent legal identity and its administrative and organizational powers as laid down in these Statutes, and it has in accordance with the Law full legal competence to the right of possession and disposal of movable and immovable properties apportioned to it.

 The headquarters of The Foundation shall be the city of Abu Dhabi. By a decision of the Board of Trustees it will be permitted to open branches or offices for itself both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates.
